Agent Terms

Effective September 29, 2026 · Version 2026-09-29

1. The short version

Consumers come to Bundle Village because they get to choose their agent, and only the agent they choose contacts them. Every agent listed here protects that promise.

Keep your profile honest and your license current, treat the people who contact you with respect, follow the law, and never pass their information on. If you break these terms, we can suspend or remove your listing at any time.

2. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you, the licensed insurance agent listed or applying to be listed on bundlevillage.com (“you”), and HealthFirst Agency dba Bundle Village (“Bundle Village,” “we,” “us”). You accept them when you apply to be listed, or when you accept them in your back office. They apply for as long as you have a listing, and the parts about consumer information keep applying after it ends.

How we handle information about you and about consumers is described in our privacy policy.

3. Your listing

  • You hold an active insurance license in every state you list, and your producer number (NPN) is yours. We review every application before it goes live and may check your license against the state register at any time.
  • You keep your license expiration date up to date. If the date on file passes, your listing is paused until you update it and we confirm it.
  • Everything on your profile is true and current: your name, photo, video, bio, the coverage you sell, your designations and the year you were licensed. Your photo and video are of you.
  • You list only the coverage types you are licensed and appointed to sell, and only designations you currently hold.
  • Your video introduces you. It does not quote prices or rates, promise coverage or savings, or name specific plans or carriers, and it shows only after our team approves it.
  • You let us show your name, photo, video, bio and the other details on your profile on bundlevillage.com, in search results, and when we promote the directory, for as long as you are listed.
  • You are responsible for your account. Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

4. Community guidelines

Every agent listed on Bundle Village agrees to:

  • Be honest. No misleading statements about coverage, prices, benefits, carriers or yourself, on your profile or in any conversation that starts here.
  • Follow the law. Insurance law and your state insurance department’s rules, Medicare marketing rules when you sell Medicare, and the laws on calls, texts and email, including consent and do-not-call rules.
  • Put the consumer first. Recommend coverage that fits the person in front of you. No pressure tactics, and respect a “no.”
  • Treat people with respect. Consumers, other agents and our team. No harassment, threats, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Use the site as intended. No impersonating another agent, no copying other agents’ profiles, and no scraping or automated use of the site.

5. The people who contact you

When a consumer contacts you through Bundle Village, their details come to you and to no other agent. That is the promise they relied on, so:

  • You use their information only to answer their request and to serve them as your client.
  • You never sell, share, trade or pass their information to another agent, agency, lead buyer or marketing list.
  • You contact them only in the ways they agreed to, and you stop when they ask.
  • You keep their information secure, and no longer than your work for them and the law require.

6. Reviews

  • Reviews come from real clients. No writing your own, no reviews from family or staff, and no paying or rewarding anyone for a review.
  • Ask every client, not just the happy ones. Reviews are never removed for being negative; our team removes a review only when it breaks our rules.

7. Membership

Your membership plan, its price and what it includes are the ones shown when you join or change plans. Billing, plan changes and cancellation are handled from Billing in your back office, and you can cancel at any time. Bundle Village does not promise any number of leads, calls or clients.

8. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove your listing, and end your membership, at any time if we believe you have broken these terms, including the community guidelines. We may also do so if your license lapses or cannot be verified, if a regulator or carrier action makes the listing inappropriate, or if a pattern of complaints suggests consumers are not being treated fairly.

Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. We do not have to when the conduct is serious, such as misusing consumer information or misleading a consumer. You can leave at any time by cancelling your membership.

9. What Bundle Village is and is not

Bundle Village is a directory that helps consumers find and choose a licensed agent. We are not an insurer, we do not sell insurance through this site, and we are not a party to any policy you write. You are an independent licensed professional, responsible for your own advice, sales and compliance. You agree to cover any claims made against Bundle Village that result from your breach of these terms or from your advice or sales.

The directory is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Bundle Village is not liable for lost business, lost profits or indirect losses arising from your listing, and our total liability to you is limited to the membership fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version in your back office, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account.
