Privacy policy
Effective September 28, 2026 · Last updated September 28, 2026
1. The short version
Your information belongs to you. When you contact an agent through Bundle Village, your details go to that one agent. No other agent gets them.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it as an insurance lead, and we do not send it to a group of agents.
2. Who we are
Bundle Village (“Bundle Village,” “we,” “us”) is operated by HealthFirst Agency dba Bundle Village. We run bundlevillage.com, a directory of licensed insurance agents. Bundle Village does not sell insurance through this site and is not an insurer.
This policy covers this website, for the people searching for an agent and for the agents listed on it. The Bundle Village CRM, the software agents use to run their business, has its own privacy policy.
3. What we collect when you look for an agent
Searching. You can search and read agent profiles without giving us anything. The ZIP code and coverage type you search for are not linked to your name.
Contacting an agent. When you send a message to an agent, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your ZIP code, the type of coverage you want and your message, if you add them
- The consent wording you agreed to, and when you agreed
- Your IP address and browser type, to stop spam and to keep a record of your consent
Joining a waitlist. If no agent covers your area yet and you ask to be told when one does, we collect your name, email address, whether you prefer email or a text, your phone number if you give it, your ZIP code and the coverage type you need. If you ask for a text, we also keep the texting consent you agreed to and when. Bundle Village uses these to let you know when a licensed agent is available. We do not pass them to an agent; you choose whether to contact one. We also count sign-ups by state and coverage type, never by person, to decide where to recruit agents next.
Leaving a review. If an agent invites you to review them, we collect your star rating, your review, the name you give and, if you add it, your city, along with your IP address to stop fake reviews.
Every visit. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
How people use the site. We count the steps visitors take, such as searching, viewing a profile or contacting an agent, so we can see what works. Each visit gets a random ID that lasts until you close the tab. We record the page, the state and coverage type searched, which public agent profile was viewed, and the website or campaign that sent you. We do not record your name, contact details, full ZIP code or IP address with these counts, and we run this ourselves, with no outside analytics company.
4. How we use it
- To deliver your message to the agent you chose
- To email you a confirmation with that agent’s contact details
- To tell you by email or text, as you chose, when an agent becomes available in your area, if you asked us to
- To publish reviews, once we have checked them
- To prevent spam, fraud and abuse
- To keep a record of the consent you gave
- To meet our legal obligations
We do not use your information to market other products to you, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
5. Who receives it
The one agent you choose. Your message and contact details go to the agent whose profile you contacted. By sending it, you agree that this agent may contact you by phone, text or email about insurance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No other agent. We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we never pass it to other agents as a lead. If you want to talk to a second agent, you contact them yourself.
After the agent receives it. Agents are independently licensed professionals. Once your details reach them, how they keep and use them is governed by their own practices and the law that applies to them. If the agent you chose uses the Bundle Village CRM, your details are also placed in their CRM account so they can follow up with you.
Companies that run the site for us. We use service providers who handle information only to do their job for us:
- Supabase, which stores our database and profile photos
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website
- Resend, which delivers our emails
- A text messaging provider, only if you ask us to text you when an agent becomes available
- Stripe, which processes agents’ membership payments
- HighLevel, the platform the Bundle Village CRM is built on, for agents who use the CRM
Our own team can see messages and reviews in order to run the service, answer support requests and prevent abuse.
When the law requires it. We may disclose information to comply with a law, subpoena or court order, or to protect someone’s safety. If Bundle Village is sold or merged, your information would pass to the new owner under this policy, and we would tell you before it became subject to a different one.
6. Information about agents
When an agent applies, we collect their NPN, name, email, phone number, agency, city, state, the year they were licensed, license expiration date, the states they are licensed in, their specialties, their bio, their booking link and their photo. We check license details against state licensing records before a profile goes live.
A profile publicly shows the agent’s name, photo, agency, city and state, licensed states, specialties, NPN, bio, booking link and approved reviews. Agents’ email addresses and phone numbers are not shown on the site.
Membership payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers. If an agent uses the optional bio tidy-up, the bio text is processed by Cloudflare’s AI service to suggest corrections. Nothing else about the agent is sent.
7. Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or outside analytics tools. The only cookies we set keep agents and our team signed in to their accounts, so people searching for an agent get none from us. Our hosting provider may set its own short-lived security cookies to block automated attacks. The visit counting described in section 3 uses your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, not a cookie.
We will update this policy before adding any outside analytics or advertising tools.
8. How long we keep it
We keep messages to agents, waitlist sign-ups and reviews for as long as we need them to run the service and keep a record of consent, or until you ask us to delete them. The visit counts described in section 3 are deleted after 13 months. Agents’ profile information is kept while they are members and for as long afterward as legal, tax and accounting obligations require.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, Texas and several other states, the law gives you these rights. We will confirm who you are before acting, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Deleting your information from Bundle Village does not remove the copy the agent you contacted already received. Ask that agent directly as well. If you would rather not, tell us and we will pass your request on.
To make a request, email info@bundlevillage.com.
10. Security, children and changes
Security. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
Children. Bundle Village is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how your information is shared, we will make it clear on the site before it takes effect.
